Moon Movement Ceremony

Reconnect with your body, breath, and the rhythms of nature through this guided group experience inspired by the current phase of the moon. Each class offers a unique journey and may include practices for cleansing, energetic clearing, protection, or revitalization.

We’ll begin with a grounding ritual, flow into a gentle movement practice to awaken and release through the body, and close with integration exercises such as breathwork, stillness, or reflection.

No two sessions are the same—each gathering aligns with the moon’s energy, inviting you to return, deepen, and experience the full cycle over time.

How to Prepare

Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement such as dance, tai chi, or yoga. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle, and a crystal or piece of jewelry if you’d like to charge it during the ceremony.
