Winter Solstice Ceremony: Deep Abdomen & Womb Healing

The Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year—a sacred pause where the body, spirit, and Earth invite stillness, release, and renewal. This ceremony is an intentional space to turn inward, clear what no longer serves, and gently prepare the ground for what is ready to be reborn.

In this guided Winter Solstice gathering, we will work with deep abdominal and womb-centered healing to support release of stored emotional, energetic, and ancestral patterns often held in the belly, pelvis, and core. Through intentional touch practices (non-invasive), breathwork, sound, and guided awareness, we will support the body’s natural capacity to soften, unwind, and restore.

This ceremony will include:

• Grounded abdomen and womb-focused healing practices to support safety, circulation, and emotional release

• Conscious uncoupling from past energies, relationships, patterns, and timelines that no longer belong in this next season of your life
