This session is designed to support your ongoing Ayurvedic care through consistent assessment, refinement, and energetic integration. Continuing care allows us to build on your initial consultation, observing how your body responds over time while gently guiding it back toward balance using classical Ayurvedic principles. 🌱 What to Expect • Check-in on your current state of balance and progress • Ongoing assessment of digestion (Agni), Ama, and overall function • Pulse reading (non-diagnostic) and observational evaluation • Refinement of lifestyle, nutrition, and daily practices 👐🏽 Marma Energetic Balancing Each session includes Marma therapy, a subtle yet powerful practice working with the body’s vital energy points—similar to acupressure with the energetic awareness of Reiki. Through gentle, intentional touch, this work supports: • The flow of Prāṇa (life force energy) • Release of tension and stagnation • Nervous system regulation • A deeper sense of balance and internal ease 🔥 Continued Ayurvedic Support Your care plan continues to focus on foundational Ayurvedic principles: • Strengthening and stabilizing digestion (Agni) • Supporting the processing of Ama (toxins) • Encouraging healthy flow through the Srotas (channels) • Supporting liver and metabolic function • Maintaining internal balance, including awareness of Krimi This is a gradual, supportive process, honoring the body’s natural pace of healing through Dīpana and Pācana (kindling and clearing). ✨ Important Note This service is offered as part of a supervised Ayurvedic student clinic under the guidance of Dr. Vivek Vaidya and is intended for wellness and educational purposes only.
