Service Description

This session is designed to support your continued healing journey after your initial Ayurvedic consultation. We will revisit your current state of balance, track progress, and refine your wellness plan based on how your body is responding. ⸻ 🌱 What to Expect • Review of your previous recommendations and experiences • Ongoing assessment of digestion (Agni), Ama, and overall balance • Pulse reading (non-diagnostic) and observational check-in • Adjustments to lifestyle, nutrition, and daily practices ⸻ 👐🏽 Marma Energetic Balancing Each session includes Marma therapy, working with the body’s vital energy points (similar to acupressure and Reiki) to: • Support energetic flow and circulation • Release tension and stagnation • Regulate the nervous system • Deepen integration of your healing process ⸻ 🔥 Continued Ayurvedic Support Your care plan will continue to focus on: • Strengthening and stabilizing digestion (Agni) • Supporting the processing of Ama • Encouraging healthy flow through the Srotas (channels) • Supporting liver and metabolic function • Maintaining internal balance, including Krimi awareness This is a gradual, supportive process, allowing the body to restore balance over time. ⸻ ✨ Important Note This service is part of a supervised Ayurvedic student clinic under the guidance of Dr. Vivek Vaidya and is intended for wellness and educational purposes only.
