This service is a holistic consultation rooted in Ayurveda, the “Science of Life,” designed to support balance through observation, bodywork, and personalized wellness guidance. 🌱 What to Expect • Pre-session health questionnaire • Discussion of digestion, lifestyle, and overall well-being • Pulse reading (non-diagnostic) and observational assessment • Optional review of face, tongue, eyes, and nails • Gentle Marma Therapy Session 👐🏽 Marma Energetic Balancing Marma therapy is a subtle yet powerful Ayurvedic technique that activates the body’s vital energy points—similar to acupressure, infused with the energetic sensitivity of Reiki. Using light, intentional touch, this work invites the body into a state of deep restoration by: • Softening energetic and physical holding patterns • Reopening pathways of circulation and vitality • Calming the mind and regulating the nervous system This experience is often described as a gentle reset for the body, where energy, breath, and awareness begin to move more freely. 🔥 Personalized Ayurvedic Guidance You will receive wellness recommendations focused on: • Strengthening digestion (Agni) • Supporting the processing of Ama (toxins) • Encouraging healthy flow through the body’s channels (Srotas) • Supporting liver and metabolic function • Promoting internal balance, including awareness of Krimi This is a foundational, supportive approach (Dīpana & Pācana), not an intensive detox. ⸻ ✨ Important Note I am a licensed massage therapist and Ayurvedic student practitioner.
