This session uses Karuna Reiki, a Reiki lineage rooted in deep compassion, to gently support healing of inner child wounds formed through early life experiences, unmet needs, or prolonged stress and trauma. Rather than revisiting or retelling painful memories, this work meets the younger parts of you with safety, presence, and care, allowing healing to occur at the emotional and energetic levels. Through light, non-invasive touch and compassionate intention, the session focuses on restoring a sense of belonging, self-trust, and emotional regulation. Karuna Reiki works below the thinking mind, supporting the release of stored patterns such as fear, hypervigilance, shame, or abandonment without forcing insight or emotional processing. This healing is especially supportive for those who feel “stuck” in repeating emotional patterns, experience difficulty receiving care, or notice that certain triggers feel disproportionate to the present moment.
