Rather than channeling messages or seeking answers outside of yourself, this practice emphasizes listening, witnessing, and allowing insight to arise naturally from within. You will be guided to ask intentional, grounded questions and to write without overthinking, editing, or forcing meaning. What emerges may take the form of words, emotions, memories, images, or a felt sense—each offering information about patterns that are ready to be acknowledged, released, or integrated.
